Yeah, it sucks the way full-pay jobs are often full-time :)

Is the choice really so all-or-nothing? If i was you I'd think about spending some hobby-time doing contracting by the hour to get my feet wet and see if I like the industry and if I could cope with working on other peoples' game ideas (which would be a downer for me).

Kev: I actually meant my full time job contract doesn't allow for other work.
