Two more games I'm involed with have gone live on Android and iPhone.

Funky Football is a turn based football game that has a really great feel. It's almost the perfect mobile game and has had me playing again and again over the last few weeks. The lite version is free but is limited to 10 games, the full version adds tournament mode and access to team selection.

Block Knockers is a brain training puzzler where you smash the hell out of a set of blocks to match a given pattern. It tracks your progress and is surprisingly addictive. Both lite and full versions are available here too!

The best thing for me here is see how wonderful the distribution systems on both markets are. Getting your games to the people (free or not) is what it's all about and is this medium I really feel like I can do exactly that.

Great! I also want to develop a strategy based football game in the near future so I bought Funky Football instantly. =)

not sure if I found a bug though:

I shot the ball next to the opponents goalkeeper and it kept lying there. I could not reach it (my players would not move there) and the opponent didn't take it either. Also moving my players out the penalty zone didn't change a thing. basically I had to quit the game.

When it comes to iPhone a lot of other developers feel quite constrained after getting an arbitrary denial message from Apple after their submission. I hope that won't happen to you. The games seem nice, especially the football game.

I've found what I think is

I've found what I think is an error in the AI in Funky Football: I kicked the ball to the position next to their goal (next to the goalkeeper too) and found that I couldn't take the ball, but the AI did not take it either after several turns... and so the match finished with the ball at the same position after more than half part with the AI doing nothing. After that I've tried the same move a couple of times the same again with identical results...

Apart from that I think that the game is quite nice, although I haven't played it very much (I found the error in my first match). Hope you can solve it soon...
