Pelter - Will Jordon
Remember Crossfire? No, well you're too young, go away :) It was this great MB game where you shot ball bearings at each other. Hmm, actually it might not have made it out of the UK. Well, anyway, Will Jordon has put together a neat web version using JBox2D and the wonderful Pulp Core. Theres a forum for comments here Be warned, this is addictive difficult fun! Brick Dropper is one wierd game based on a classic(?) from the past. Move your player to avoid the blocks dropping from above while climbing up them to reach the top of the towers introduced at the start of each level. Read more on Alex's blog. License: Freeware Milpa - Pulp Games
This is a bit of old news now I suppose, but Milpa is still a great game from Pulp Games. Swap the fruits around to make matching sets by click to rotate sections. It initially looks similar to other puzzle game mechanics but is actually quite unique. Beautiful presentation and all implemented in purest Java. License: Freeware |
